In just 7 days, my new cooking adventure shall begin. As far as I can remember, I’ve always been in love with food and cooking. There’s nothing better than a home cooked meal shared with the loved ones.
Here’s is one of my master pieces that I’m probably most proud of. I recreated tuna nigiri using marinated tomatoes, and unagi (Japanese marinated eel) nigiri using aubergine. We also had tuna-mayo gunkan made of chickpeas. I invited a few friends for dinner and one of them who is an avid meat-eater said that “they’ve never had a better tasting tuna” 😀 This proves to me that big flavours can be created with humble and kind ingredients!
